Now for the boring stuff …..
- Payment to be made on or before delivery by card, cash or bank transfer.
- An invoice will be provided when we receive your ironing or within 4 hours of receipt.
- Items will be returned within 48 hours for all standard orders. In the event of circumstances occurring beyond our control, you will be contacted to discuss alternative options available.
- Collections and deliveries are usually made every morning between 8 am and 10am, and every evening between 6pm and 8pm, although we are accommodating and can usually collect during other times of the day.
- Collection and delivery are free for all orders over £25.00 in the Weymouth postcode area. For orders under £25.00, there is a £1.00 collection charge and a £1.00 delivery charge.
- Delivery and collection to Dorchester and surrounding areas are £3.00 each way.
- We reserve the right not to iron certain items. Damaged, dirty or shiny items will be returned un-ironed to avoid any misunderstanding, along with any other items at the ironer’s discretion. You will be notified of these items immediately on return.
- All ironing is done in a smoke-free environment to ensure the freshness of your laundry.
- Unless otherwise agreed, all ironing will be carried out to the instructions on the label (where legible).
- All items will be returned in polythene covers, on coated hangers, or folded as requested, within 48 hours of collection.
- If an item is damaged for any reason, the maximum compensation payable is £40.00 per item. All claims are to be made at the time of delivery to avoid misunderstandings.
- Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any amendments will be notified to all existing customers as soon as possible.
